What is a hydrosol? 
It is an aromatic water that remains after steam distillation, they are often considered by products of essential oil making. The steam carries the plants volatile compounds + water soluble plant compounds, making it a well rounded source of the water soluble nutrients that are found in each plant. There are many diverse ways of working with hydrosol and each plant is different!
